We are a family-run brewery, distillery and brewpub in the heart of Canterbury, at home in a historic Victorian foundry. Jon, our co-founder and head brewer and distiller, makes more than sixteen beers and ciders on site, along with six gins, a vodka and a moonshine, all grain to glass from English barley. There is a spiced rum and a white rum fermented and distilled here too, and a range of single barrel whiskeys that have already picked up several World Whiskey awards.
